Executive Committee

	President - Megan Rexrode Business Affiliation - Alzheimer's Association Megan Rexrode has been a tireless advocate for the inspiring mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Starting off as part of the staff in the Marketing Department, Megan quickly saw the benefit of the YPC and joined the committee in 2007. Now, in addition to her efforts to the YPC, Megan is matched to an incredible Little Sister through the Community Mentoring program at BBBS of SDC.
	Vice President - John Gorman Business Affiliation - Enterprise Fleet Management After graduating from UCSD in 2002, John started with Enterprise in its rental division. After five years of management within rental, John joined the Fleet Management division as an Account Executive. He joined the YPC in 2010 and he is excited to support such a great organization like Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.
	Secretary - Charity Williams Business Affiliation - CGP Maintenance & Construction Services Charity is an excited new member of YPC. She is a 6 year veteran working with Marketing/ Sales and Advertising. After conquering the industry in Hawaii, she has recently come to San Diego and is already making her mark. Charity works as the Sales/Marketing Coordinator for CGP Maintenance & Construction Services, Inc. She spends her free time enjoying dance, hiking and a nice relaxing day on the beach in addition to her role in the Marketing team.
	Event Logistics Chair - Emily Gilbert Business Affiliation - Allison & Partners Emily joined YPC in February 2011 as the Events Chair. She is excited to help bring young professionals, like herself, together in fun settings, all in support of a greater cause. With more than three years of public relations experience in the travel, consumer and food industries, Emily manages several accounts at Allison & Partners including Best Western, Baja California tourism, and Johnny Rockets, among others. In addition to strategic thinking and campaign planning, she conducts media outreach to secure top-tier coverage for the accounts. Emily is a graduate of Baylor University, where she received a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing. When she is not working or planning events for YPC, Emily loves to soak up the San Diego sun and travel whenever possible.
	Marketing Chair - Carrie Elstner Carrie has been engrossed in marketing for the last 7 years, beginning in events and currently residing in online marketing/advertising. After being introduced to Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County, she quickly jumped on the opportunity to marry her passion for philanthropy with her love of marketing by joining the YPC. The challenge of marketing for a non-profit has truly allowed her to utilize her creativity and she is ecstatic about working with the amazing YPC team to raise funds for local children in need of support and guidance.
	Membership Chair - Cliff Duester Business Affiliation - Guardian \| Park Avenue Cliff Duester is a Register Representative with Guardian \| PARK AVENUE Securities. Prior to his position with Guardian \| PARK AVENUE Securities, Cliff spent time in Buenos Aires, Argentina working with Argentine investors on their privately held assets.
	Sponsorship Chair - Jenica McClure Business Affiliation - Edward Jones
	BBBS Liaison - Beth Brannigan Business Affiliation - BBBS of San Diego County Beth started at Big Brothers Big Sisters in May of 2010. Specializing in event logistics, Beth hopes to bring the agency's events to a new level of efficiency that will help BBBS raise more funds for the children of San Diego County. Now on the official YPC team, Beth is enthusiastic to meet other young professionals looking to make a difference.

	Noelle Der-McLeod - Events Business Affiliation - La Jolla Country Day After graduating from UCSD in 2006, Noelle began teaching at La Jolla Country Day and has tutored in low income districts around San Diego County. She enjoys running, traveling, and painting, and is excited to be a part of YPC and the events committee for the 2011 year.

	Juli Jacobson - Events Business Affiliation - San Diego Blood Bank Juli Jacobson joined YPC in June 2009 and is excited to be part of a dynamic organization that supports Big Brothers Big Sisters. Juli began working in Human Resources with The San Diego Blood Bank in 2003, and is now a Human Resources Analyst. Juli is on The San Diego Employers Association Board of Directors and volunteers with Meals on Wheels to provide home-delivered meals to people in need.
	Kyle Larsen - Events Business Affiliation - Choice Hotels International Kyle is a Business Professional who has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years. He is a graduate of the Washington State University Hotel Business Management School and currently works as a Global Account Director for Choice Hotels International. Beyond being dedicated to his profession, his YPC colleagues would note that he is always looking to have fun, relax and make others laugh.

	Monica Fenelli - Social Media Manager Business Affiliation – Frank Motors Monica is a San Diego State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Marketing. After college she continued her education in Mclean, Virginia at National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) Dealer Academy and currently works as a Marketing Manager for Frank Motors. She is very active in the community and loves to give back. She currently Alumnae Advisor for SDSU Pi Beta Phi, a member of the Junior League of San Diego, and is part of our Marketing committee on the YPC.

	Kathleen Repine - Email Marketing Manager Business Affiliation - Cavignac & Associates Kathleen is a publication coordinator/executive assistant with Cavignac & Associates, a commercial insurance brokerage, located in downtown San Diego. She was inspired to join the YPC when she heard about the impact that mentors can have on children in the program. She hopes to help the YPC reach its 2011 fundraising goal of $50,000.

Lauren grew up on the east coast, graduating from Clemson University with a BS in Accounting. Since moving to San Diego in 2003, she has held various positions with First Allied Securities, Inc., a locally headquartered financial services firm. As VP of Advisory Platform Management, Lauren is responsible for the design, development and implementation of new software technologies for financial consultants.
